Festival-going when pg - tips!!?

Hi all
We have decided to go, with DS (3), to Camp Bestival at the end of July - I will be 27 weeks (eek!). We have a camper, which I plan to sleep in - it's really comfy, so am not really worried about that bit. We haven't been to a festival for about 5 years, and while I wish we had gone last year when I wasn't pg, I also really want to go and hear all the music as it's unlikely we would do it next year with a baby, so it would be another 2 years before we do anything like this.

So, what tips do you have for me?

It says portable toilets are banned, which is a bummer as we thought we would get one. But I saw on a camping thread that people suggest a bucket with carrier bad and cat litter for night time wees - I couldn't possibly keep getting in and out of the van and going to the toilets in the night. I also thought I would take a She-wee for using in the festival toilets, the thought of them makes me cringe and I guess I will be using them alot - do you think people will let me jump the queue sometimes!!

Anyway, it appears that toilet-going is a concern for me! Also, will all the drunken/stoned festival go-ers really annoy me??? Experiences anyone??

Also, if anyone has "must-sees" from when they went to Camp Bestival, let me know, especially for DS (Mr Tumble being the main one I think!). Ta.

Hey there. Just marking my place on your thread as I will be about 15 weeks when I go to Glastonbury so interested in what people have to suggest.

I don't know what Bestival is like but I am taking some kind of bucket-type thing for night time wees and other times I am going to stick to the long-drops rather than portaloos as they are always cleaner and less smelly.

I've been told to definitely take a chair so that I can sit down comfortably wherever I am.
