Is it just a pregnancy thing? GP thought so, blood and urine normal this week, bp ok. But I am constantly dizzy and knackered.
Might I add I have a two year old who is poorly and yet can still wreck the house in seconds flat - coincidence?!

Me too they cant find anything and I don't even have the excuse of a toddler. Spent all week sitting apart from the school run and can't stay awake past 8. Was 4:30 pm last week after 1/2 day at work

Doctors keep saying rest.

could be fluid balance in inner ear changing due to preg, or a viral infection in inner ear. both could cause dizzy spells and feeling "not quite right". Typically this would be worse if you bend over then stand up again, or when getting up from lying down in bed...... or any other big movement of your head.

If it's fluid balance, cutting down on salt MAY improve it - it does for me.
