Pain at 33 weeks

Hello all,

I am 33 weeks pregnant. Since last night I started to get sharp pain on the right side of my lower abdomen. It lasts for around 2 minutes, at around 2 hour intervals. They feel like small contractions. It's not painful when I walk or go to the toilet.

I normally sleep on my right side, but last night I fell asleep on my left side. Would this have an effect?

i doubt its got much to do with how you slept, although you never know! i would give the midwife a call, they can give you advice. might not feel like a UTI but you never know, but be early on. either way, its worth a call to the midwives, dont want to leave anything unchecked
