Little bubbles, baby moving?

I already posted this in the Nov babies topic in Ante-natal clubs but thought I would ask here also.

Was sitting at the computer a little while ago and I swear I felt 2 or 3 small kind of like bubbles popping in my belly, below left and top right.

I am in my 14th week tho pregnant with #2
But was wondering if it could be baby moving and not just me going mad as its been 8 years so this feels all new to me again

little bubbles popping was how the very first movement felt with this one, my first... could be!

Rinnyx · 13/05/2010 22:05

So it could be baby?

Oh I hope so as I had to do 2 emergency stops today on my driving lesson

Defo baby - that's what I felt with my first. I'd never heard it described as bubbles before - only flutterings but it wasn't like that, just two bubbles popping, one after the other. Magical. Can't wait to feel again this time round.

Nymphadora · 14/05/2010 11:54

Its baby

MrsGangly · 14/05/2010 14:31

Bubbles popping was exactly how I described it at the beginning as well - get more fun as baby gets bigger but I would say that that was the first thing I noticed.

Oh I'm all broody. That's the baby. Congratulations, it's such a lovely sensation, and it just gets more and more fun.

cardamomginger · 14/05/2010 14:33

Sounds like it is the little one making its presence felt! How exciting! Congratulations!

Thanks everyone

Not felt anything today but been on my feet most of it so maybe if I get some relax time later I just might.

'Come on baby, kick mummy!'

Aw, lovely! Altho I've had bubbles bursting in my tummy since 4 weeks. Gas.
I'm being flippant. It will be the baby

Rinnyx · 14/05/2010 21:27

Think I just felt afew more little pops near the bottom of my bump, yay

Think I will rule out its wind or in my head.
Guess baby must like it when I am relaxed back in the computer chair with no sounds around.

Cant wait till DP can feel baby, he was not excited when I said to him last night
Must still be feeling left outside the box bless him

When mine first started kicking, the best way I can discribe it is - have you ever had your heart do a little palpitate, like a little flutter or skip a beat? Mine felt like the same sort of thing, but in my belly. It was very subtle from 15 weeks to 17 weeks, then in the middle of my 18th week my baby kicked me so hard it actually made me sit bolt up right in bed! Hahaha! Now I'm 22 weeks & the kicks feel exactly that - like I'm being kicked from the inside out & he kicks ALL through the night & most of the day!! I would say your little bubbles & pops are definitely your baby letting you know he/she is there! Congratulations. x

Oh, and also, my nurse said that when we're walking or working or doing something active, the natural movements of our bodies rocks the uterus back & forth which rocks the baby to sleep, so they tend to be more active when we're relaxed. Hence the reason mine kicks holes out of me when I'm trying to sleep!

Rinnyx · 15/05/2010 22:38

I have felt alot more of them today so yep think I can say its baby and thanks for the info LittleBeth53 I guess I know now why DD used to kick the hell out of me when I went to bed haha x
