I am 38+ weeks and baby dropped 2 or 3 days ago. I can now eat and breathe not choose one or the other and sleep lying down again. Tis heaven I tell you, absolute heaven!

Lionstar · 13/05/2010 16:22

About 6 hours before he took his first breath

Good Luck!!

myfirstbump · 13/05/2010 16:24

My bump is yet to drop and I'm due next week!

I have to sit upright all the time too, I feel your pain. Can't wait to be able to breathe again

I thought that it was far more likely to drop in the first pregnancy, but not subsequent pregnancies? Mine dropped at 34/35 weeks (now 37), and it has made a tremendous difference. Heartburn disappeared, and I feel like I can breathe!

The only thing is that the pelvis pain increased, but I guess you can't win them all
