I will say sorry before hand as I dont know all the short hand terms used here!

Anyway my question is to mums who have had more than one child as I am a only child so cant ask my mum and I am the only one in my friends to have a child
I read online that you tend to show sooner with child #2+ but I didnt think I would show so soon.

I'm 14 weeks today and need to do a must needed shop as I only have one pair of bottoms that fit me which is a surprise as with my first child I didnt show til I was 6 months.
The only signs I had to remind me I was pregnant was 7 months of morning sickness tho again with this one I have had nothing

Its normal - your muscles are pre-stretched and your body pings back out to looking pregnant again v quickly.

I was amazed how quickly I had to get the maternity clothes out! Was prob around 14 15 weeks. Mothercare do a great pair of early pregnancy jeans which lasted me a fair while.
Everyone has said to me second time pops out sooner than first, so think youre pretty normal Rinnyx!

I put my maternity gear on at 10 weeks this time

I showed loads earlier with this one than I did last time, was horrified at first but it appears to be the norm

I showed about 5 months with DC1 and then about 12 weeks with DC3. Can't remember DC2. But it seems to even out by about 5 months.

God yes. First time round I really didn't show until 20+ weeks. This time, I had an obvious bump and was doing tricks with elastic to keep my trousers up well before my 12 week scan came around.

Thanks everyone

I was thinking about getting them belly bands, I saw a 2 pack for £10 in mothercare and hear you can wear your pre preggers jeans abit longer tho undone with them.
Anyone tried them?

yeah i have 2 bumpbands from blooming marvellous and they are fab, they meet the gap between my normal jeans and tops, stop my mat jeans falling down and are really comfy
