..does such a thing exist? i'm doing one from my local library, by a woman whose husband is on desperate housewives and she's wangled him into it too. it's awful, she's so obnoxious, (keeps shouting about "that big ol' belly") BUT actually the workout is really good and i'm keen to keep exercising. Any tips?

I think Janet Balaskas does a yoga dvd which is supposed to be pretty good. Her pregnancy yoga classes are brilliant. She is based at the Active Birth Centre which has an online shop.

heh, bumblingaround, I got that one too. She only dragged her husband in so she could show off how buff and fit she is, the smug cow.

Davina McCall does one, I've not tried it, but I've used all her non-pg ones to great effect - they really work and her trainers are excellent - and although she is mega annoying, you can turn the talking off and have the 'mostly music' option.

The reviews on amazon of pregnancy dvds are usually a pretty good indicator, if you look at the 3 stars ones they are usually candid about how annoying the presenter is, I find.

I got a dvd called "Yoga for Labour and Birth" or summat, thinking foolishly it might be more practical. Is much too wifty-woofty for me. I just can't breathe through my vagina and I doubt that further practise will do anything to change that.
