Daft question about sleeping positions

I'm sure this is a completely daft question, but I'm getting a bit anxious in that paranoid-pregnancy way.... I'm 19 weeks and I'm worried that the position I end up sleeping in might hurt the baby. My default sleeping position has always been on my front. Although I haven't really got a bump yet, this is now uncomfortable. So I'm trying not to do it and to sleep on my side instead. But I seem to end up on my front, which hurts and wakes me up and then I change position. And go back to sleep and then end up on my front again, and so on... I'm going to try using a pillow as support or look into one of those maternity bolster cushion thingies (any recommendations?). But until I get this sorted out, I'm worried that by ending up on my front I'm squashing the baby and harming it. DH says this is bonkers. But I'm just worried! BTW - haven't really felt the baby move yet (first pregnancy) so can't use that as a form of reassurance. I am just being daft, aren't I??

Thanks for the tips! The dreamgenii seems to get top marks. Was wondering if anyone had used the Multi-Purpose Body Support Pillow at Jo Jo Maman:

(Sorry about stupidly long link.)

I quite liked the way you can zip it up into a baby shaped nest for DC to lie in once it's out. Any thoughts? Suppose I could always order both and then return the one that I don't like the look of.....
