hello.. i'm nearly 37 weeks pregnant and my shoulders and the side and back of my neck are killing me! A friend said its due to the weight of the baby pulling on my spine.. i was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Yes it sounds like a common pain associated with late pregnancy.
Your midwife might recommend a bit of physio.
You can take some pain killers when it gets really bad. Hope you don't go too far over your dates. Rest up.
