has anybody got any experience of using reflexology during pregnancy.

i am 14 weeks still suffering from 'morning' sickness all day, am exhausted and just feel really really rubbish.

this is pg2 and during pg1 i felt like this most of the way through until about 30 weeks and didn't discover you could even get reflexology until after the birth of dd

will try anything just to feel a bit more human and stop being the biggest grump on the planet

worth a try if you have the cash

personally think acupuncture is more likely to work

As you're just out of the 1st trimester, you should be able to see a reflexologist - not sure it'll help with morning sickness though! It does help with general balancing so you might end up feeling better and your feet will feel lovely and "cushiony", like you're walking on air afterwards. Will help with any back pains you're having too.

I've never tried it on anyone with morning sickness, which is why I don't know whether or not it will help - but I have used it for other things (like back pains, constipation, turning the baby at 38wks) with good results.

acupuncture interesting thought. cash is not exactly a none consideration but willing to try anything to have some sort of life if it has a good chance of working
