How much bouncing and rolling should I do...?

...on my fitness ball? I am 30 weeks and baby has been laying low on my back virtually all pregnancy. I do have an anterior low lying placenta so wonder if this is why - will find out in 6 weeks if placenta has moved any.

I've felt his head/bum/back only a handful of times - the rest of the time its his limbs jabbing me.

My M/W suggested pelvic tilts and bouncing whilst sitting on ball and also rolling leaning forwards on my ball to encourage him to move but I forgot to ask how often and for how long I should be doing it for it to be of any benefit?

Not sure, but I did see a thread about this a week or 2 ago. You will probably be able to find it if you search, (titled something like "what should i be doing on my fitness ball?") it had some helpful tips IIRC...

I was told every day - sit on the exercise ball when watching tv for example. Not sure for how long though.
