I am 26 weeks and in the early hours got severe cramping pain in my back that came to front and lasted two mins. I felt like needed toilet bu nothing and pains lasted 2 hrs on off. Has anyone else experienced this or know what it could be. Pain ths morn is still there but not as bad.
