I am 26 weeks with number 4 and have noticed more frequent and also more painful BH this time. They also come on very easily for example today I went for a short walk and now have quite painful contractions, not really regular but roughly say 4-10 minutes between. If anyone else has had more pregnancies did you find this?
Is it something to ignore as normal or could it be a sign that I need to rest more or that soemthing could be up?

Hi fernie3, congrats on DC4!

I'm 38 weeks pregnant with DC3, and have def noticed earlier/stronger BH this time around!

Prob from about 24 weeks, but I would get it checked out better to be on the safe side and for reassurance x

Im also 28 weeks with DC4 and have noticed a massive diff in the BH this time. I saw my consultant yesterday and mentioned it, he said it was normal and to only be concerned if they became regular (i.e contractions) or were very painful.
Still hurts though doesnt it. you think we would have learnt

I must be the xception then.. lol!
I am now 30wks with DC4, and have had no BH.
Although I have never experienced BH, does that just make me weird?? lol

I am 33 weeks with dc4 and have noticed far more and much, much earlier. Though mine aren't painful at all. They were agony in my first pregnancy.

I'm 27 weeks with dc3 and def have very strong BH and have done for a few weeks. And they can be painful

38+2 weeks with DC4 and noticed BH from 20 weeks at least. I thought I was going mad! They were just mild occasional tightenings.

Now they are very very strong, one woke me up last night! Can't remember them much at all in previous pregnancies.
