Since coming off implant contraceptive in Jan I only had 2 periods and they were both in early Feb. Since then I havent had any, and I'm worrying a bit that it will affect my ability to conceive without periods? Am I more likely to conceive with my periods visibilly here?

You need to check how long its likely to be for your periods to return to normal. My friend has injections and was told it will take up to a year for her periods to return to normal.
