Does anyone know if it is safe to take cranberry capsules while pregnant? The kind you get from Holland&Barrett. Don't want to drink too much cranberry juice as it's very sugary. I've had a very stubborn UTI that finally seems to have cleared up after several weeks, but my midwife and dr both said UTI's can sometimes irritate the uterus and cause late miscarriage. Having made it to 17 weeks this time that terrified me, even though i know they're talking worst case scenario. Really want to prevent it recurring...
