had a sweep today

hi am 39 weeks with 5th baby, had a sweep at 12.30pm. cervix is anterior, soft and long.
what i want to kmow is if thereg is anything i could do now to increse chances it will work?

lots of walking/bouncing on ball/up down stairs etc?? i think baby's head pushing on the cervix starts it all off...i'd imagine after4 babies tho it cld change very fast?
