Hi all, just wondered if anyone's had a 4D scan and when do you think the best time to have one is? I'm 26 weeks on Friday so could have one any time from then at my local place which does it for £99 with dvd.

I know some people don't think they're worth the money etc etc but I'd like one

I googled this last week and read 26-28 weeks was the best window, so I'm going to have one about 27 weeks.

Yes, I had one at 27 weeks. Optimal time is 26-28 weeks apparently. I have a 16 wk baby girl and think it was fabulous! Go for it.

We had one at 28 weeks and it was amazing - they suggest no later than 28 weeks because if they can't get a decent shot of baby they still havetime to try another day before baby gets too big for decent pictures.
