What can I eat?

It's very early days but so far I am just craving all sorts of rubbish food but can't face big meals. So I need some help thinking of healthier snacks I can have when I need to graze - oddly enough salad and birdseed don't cut it! I'm already so bloated I look about 5 months pregnant not 5 weeks! Help! What can I eat?

Drink lots of water to help shift the bloating.
Other than that, enjoy your pregnancy!
When else can you eat a big piece of choc cake without feeling guilty?

I just went for what my body craved.

I did put three stone on both times but it all came off within 5 months of cutting crap out

Snacks I am enjoying at the moment (not always all at once):

oatcakes with peanut butter, feta or cream cheese
pitta bread with houmous or avocado
glass of milk and some nuts/ fruit
bran flakes with yoghurt and banana

Reading back on this list they kind of look like meals in themselves ... but I think the ideal snack is one that fills you up enough, and gives you a bit of fat and protein (I find this is usually what I'm craving so it tends to switch off the craving feeling). I would second drinking lots of water for bloating.

I snacked on loads of fruit - i was terribly bloated as well until around 13 weeks really when it actually went down and then turned into a bump at 18 weeks!
Keep your fluids up and i totally agree with the odd slice of choc cake!
