Slowed movements

I'm 19 weeks and have felt my baby for about a week now.
He is normally active and I can feel some regular kicks when i'm sat down, but yesterday and today he's been a bit slower, I've felt some kicks, like this morning when I woke up but not as many as I expected from the other days.

Can anyone tell me what to do? I'm panicking loads here. For the other days I've been up and down all day but today and yesterday I've been revising so sat down all day, would that make a difference? I don't know whether I am expecting it to happen all the time because it did when I was active but now I'm waiting for it I'm worried because it's not all the time.

Is it worth phoning the midwife or will she think I'm fussing?

19 weeks is still quite early to get really regular movements - think having a 'quiet' day is pretty normal as baby still has lots of room but you should call your midwife just to put your mind at rest (if you haven't already. She definately won't think you're crazy.

There's nothing worse than stressing about it by yourself.

I'm sure everything will be fine though
