Not sure really - this is dc3 for me but I don't remember having these with my other babies.

Please advise, thinking about whether I should ring the day unit but though I'd consult you knowledgeable ladies first.

Are you ok cherry?

vix206 · 19/04/2010 15:55

Hey Cherry, let us know how you get on. Funnily enough (not funny really) I've had these today too - out of the blue. I'm just 23 weeks... quite crampy and enough to make me keep checking if you know what I mean but to be honest I feel like mine are just growing pains. Let us know how you got on when you rang the day unit - hope all is okay with you xx

pamplem0usse · 19/04/2010 16:59

Hope you're OK lovely....
I've also had cramps at various points, but I think it would be good for you to get checked out.xxx

PheasantPlucker · 19/04/2010 17:01

Any news yet Cherry?

CherryPie3 · 20/04/2010 21:17

Hey guys thank you for checking up on me, I've literally been home from hospital about 20minutes.

As soon as I called mw she told e to go straight in, they examined me and confirmed that there was blood in my urine - which could be causing the cramps. So I'm on anti-biotics.

Then the cramps were coming every 20 minutes and the staff kinda raised there eyebrows and decided to get some steriods into my system just in case my body was going into labour. They did an internal which showed cervix to be long and closed (what a relief!!). Kept me in overnight for observation and was finally discharged at 7pm tonight.

I did try to update you all from dh's phone but it wouldn't let me. I'm very grateful that you were checking in on me tho!!!

Thanks again
