Hi everyone, I was just wondering whether its ok for us to have actimel or danone mini drinks??

well I am as it helps with the ms a bit and they don't say not suitable for pregnant women on them. Can't see that they would have anything harmful in them

yes, they are good and keep you regular.... although i wouldn't drink the ones with aspartame (or anything else with aspartame) in pregnancy.

My doc told me to start drinking them last week - apparently they help guard against thrush!

God I'm sick of thrush....

They're on special offer at Somerfield at the moment - 2 packs for £4.

I find I lose control with the big tubs of Yeo Vally - as soon as it's open I can't stop eating.... But thats the strawberry flavour...Mmmmmmmm.....
