Does anyone have a magic position to reduce chances of becoming an emotional wreckage?

I cry at everything even things that aren't sad. I am getting angry about more things than usual, really stupid little things too.

Anyone have a magic way to control this, tried walking it off, and counting to 10 etc.

Don't remember being this bad with dd, well I do but much later into the pregnancy, can't stand this for another 6 months

Sadly, no, but if anyone had the antidote to being ultra pissy, snappy and embarassingly emotional, I would pay good money. It's for this reason (aswell as a couple of others) that this DC will have to be my last. I am even having to steer clear of supermarkets, due to the checkout staff at my local one being really slow and annoying. I can't walk away and count to 10 when I have shopping on the thingy and 3 kids in tow.
I would also like for somebody to find the antidote to me really having a job stringing basic sentences together, making me seem a tad strange(r) than usual..
