question about baby position

My baby is head down which is fine but she is lying with her spine facing my left side and her feet in my right side.

Does this mean she will come out with her head sideways?

I know I sound daft and this is my 4th but I'm just curious. I had a brow presentation with my last baby resulting in emergency c section and I don't want this to happen again. thanks.

My baby is in exactly the same position as you described! I saw my consultant last week and he put "cephalic long" on my notes. Said nothing to worry about - (this is my 3rd pregnancy, but pregnancy#1 was twins) - This was a normal presentation when the mother had had previous pregnancies. I am 33 weeks and he put "suitable for homebirth" on my notes.

no its fine, my baby in this position but on right. she'll move in early labour, not that car to rotate round, just make sure you spend early labour leaning over something rather than lying back. look up "polar bear" position.
