To change or not to change? C&W or St Mary's

I'm 16 weeks and currently booked at Chelsea and Westminster. My antenatal care so far has been woeful. They screwed up my booking appointment twice, the second time they had a different name down for my appointment and hence didn't have any of my details. The midwife eventually took my booking notes on plain paper and was supposed to enter them into the maternity notes.Last week I was supposed to collect my notes.Well, they are nowhere to be found apparently and the midwife that took them is on holiday. So it seems I have to wait until she is back to find out what happened.
I'm not exactly shy or retiring but I hardly got a word in last week to ask some questions.
I had a missed MC last year and was found to have a large fibroid at my dating scan(it's growing fast as it wasn't there 4 weeks earlier).
Any question I have asked the midwife has got a ' oh, don't worry about it' response. I wasn't expecting much from the NHS but a bit of information and reassurance would be helpful.
Instead I get 'Carry on Midwife'.Grrr...
I do know about the supervisor of midwives and PALS and will get onto them but I'm also thinking about changing to St Mary's hospital.
Any thoughts on the whole situation and/or on St Mary's would be greatly appreciated.

Bumped for you - am 17 weeks and booked in at C&W so will be watching with interest (they've been fine so far...as far as I can tell, it's my first so am not really sure what to expect anyway)
