I contacted the hospital today, to see what happens as I recieved my green booklet about 5 weeks ago, and haven't heard anything since.
Apparently I should have got a letter with my booklet, which I did not as I still have the envelope and booklet and there is no letter, I did wonder how someone who is on thetheir first pregnancy would know what to do with the booklet or what it even is as there was nothing in there that explained it, but as it's my second I recognised it and filled in what I can.

Anyway in the letter I should have had was my booking in appointment and my scan date. I have missed by booking in appointment as it was the 31st of March (no one rang after I failed to attend either, to check why!) Luckily I haven't missed my scan which is Monday, she has sorted it out that I will have everything done on that date now, she was fine and said I am not the first person who hasn't received the letter, they have had a volume of FTA's in the last 2 months due to this.
