Nasty stomach upset - harmful for baby?

Have had stomach griping pains and diahorrea (sp??) badly now for last 24 hours (SO not what I needed on top of horrendous morning sickness!) - is this likely to cause any problem for baby?
I haven't eaten anything non-pregnancy friendly (blue cheese etc) so hopefully it's nothing like listeria or salmonella.

Poor you. I had a stomach bug at about 6 weeks pg and am fine. You just need to make sure you don't get dehydrated. But if it isn't getting better after 24 hours then perhaps you need to get tested for any nasties?

keep an eye on it. A tummy bug won't hurt baby, but i echo everyone lese's thoughts of dehydration. I had an upset tummy and couldn't keep much down; GP checked my urine and my ketones were sky high becaosue of dehydration (even though i had bene attempting water); I ended up being hospitalised with a drip.

If you are at all worried, pop to the GP or midwife who can do a quick dip sample. better to be safe than sorry
