braxton hicks???

how early do u get braxton hiscks? im currently 24 weeks and today have been having cramps that make bump go hard and are quite painful but only last for about a few seconds...is this braxton hicks?? or just babba growing??

I got bh from 14 weeks, about 17 wks in 1st pregnancy. And they were painful. Remember they are toning your uterus ready for the hard work of labour - look at it as training.

I got from around then (24 weeks) - sounds like BH - bump goes hard with some pain. Now at 38 weeks getting them constantly and more painful.

so they're nothing to worry about then??
