In a state of sheer and total desperation this got me throgh a spag bol recipie, even if it doesn't work for you the senario might cheer you up. My husband has been so supportive that I wanted to make him his favourite dinner, whatever it took!!

1 - extract one pair clean pants from drawer
2 - lightly spray crotch area with nice smell
3 - place pants on head
4 - esure nice smelling bit is over nose
5 - adjust so eyes peek through leg holes

The one downside for me is that my first floor kitchen window faces onto a busy street with plenty of passing double decker busses and I don't have curtains.

Or you could just find someone to cook for you

My morning sickness is getting worse but I still haven't been tempted by the idea of gusset-gourmet.

So you may resort to Daisy's prevention in the coming weeks

Seriously though it is wonderful news

smellymelly · 31/07/2005 13:42

LOL.

My dh hates stinky nappy changes, and I have caught him many times, with a couple of wet wipes over his nose, held on with a tie!!

Not quite as good as the pants! Were they yours or his though?

smellymelly · 31/07/2005 13:43

I got by last time by leaving a vicks sinex thingy dangling out of my nostril!

Cadmum · 31/07/2005 14:40

Public Service Announcement Appreciated! Thank you so much for the excellent suggestion and more importantly for making me laugh!!!

I am 8 weeks and REALLY struggling with any cooking at the moment. Not sure about the pants plan for me though... Think I prefer the take-away suggestion.
