Red veins on face

Has anyone else developed thread veins on their face during pregnancy - and if so how did you deal with it?
I am 18 weeks and seem to be developing red veins on my face at an alarming rate - so would be greatful for any advice on prevention as I would expect that laser treatment is out of question during pregnancy.

Yes me too!! I have a few that have appeared around my nose and I am 26 weeks with 2nd baby - really annoying but I can cover them up quite well with concealer! They came up but didn't go after my first son ws born. However, I did do some research and apparently they are very easy to clear up with some laser treatment (after the baby of course!)- apparently it's just burst cappileries under the skin and not much to worry about - more cosmetic but I understand your pain!
