Oh Butterscotch I can sympathise, I finally managed to sort out my acne with medication and along comes my LO. I'm 11+4 and I seem to be starting early.

I'm still using some of my topical stuff from the Docs along with the Clinique Anti blemish stuff. Their concentrated gel seems to work with more stubborn spots. I've got their new Anti Blemish foundation as well and that seems to be helping to at least cover them as well.

I've had acne all the way through, something which cleared up 8 yrs ago. I don't have a solution but things that helped-

sudocream at night (the key for me)
alternating with nutrogena face mask/ face scrub each night
simple moisturiser (oil-free)
changing make-up brands to one I used as a teenager (rimmel concealer/ powder)
Removing ALL make-up as much as possible, at least as soon as I get home

Not completly solved it but keeps it at a level I can cover up with make-up and not feel freaky! My biggest advice is to avoid clearsil/ tcp etc or anything that dries the skin. It's bad enough without flakey bits that you can't put make-up on. The key is the simpler the better with regular cleans and nighty sudocream.

Sadly I'm super pale so it takes ages for spots to fade :-(

Hi - I'm suffering with the same, and I saw an online recommendation for Belli Acne Clearing Wash (or something like that) - it's especially formulated for spots in pregnancy and it seems to be clearing my skin after a week or so. Although they seem to have migrated to my back now...
It's so frustrating as I had bad skin from my teens until about 30 - had a few year's grace, and now it's back!
Good luck...
