Here it is

Congratulations on your pregnancy! (am feeling nostalgic as DD was born June 2008)

Jadey1 · 09/04/2010 10:42

Hi, yeah I couldn't find a thread either. Thanks Wigeon.

I'm a June baby! Due 16th. Feeling exhausted today after 2 hours sleep last night with DS having some kind of all night rave inside. DH not massively sympathetic :-(

bagelmonster · 09/04/2010 16:57

Hi Dolphina

I am due June, will have a look at that thread mentioned too, congratsx

shipsladyg · 09/04/2010 19:59

me me me! I'm a June M2B.

Summerhols · 09/04/2010 21:01

Me too

Gillanelizabeth - I had terrible night also with baby jumping all over the place and stomping on my bladder.

RubyReins · 09/04/2010 21:30

Another June baby here. Also had a rubbish night's sleep whilst the little un had some sort of rave up from 2am. S/he has been something of a nocturnal party animal for a few weeks now. Conveniently stopped at 7am too!

I'm a tad concerned today as my midwife called to say that there's too much sugar in my blood and I need to get tested for gestational diabetes on Wednesday. I am deliberately not googling or doing any research until I get the results! That and doing my best to curb my ridiculous strawberry milk habit

Me too, due june 28th. Glad to see I'm not the only one not sleeping, seem to be awake most of the night and then go into a deep sleep half an hour before my alarm goes off.
RubyReins, I had the same thing but went back for a 2nd bloodtest which was normal but had to fast for 12 hours first, just water, put it down to the big lunch I'd had before the first bloodtest. Hope yours turns out ok.

RubyReins · 09/04/2010 22:16

Thanks! I too am putting it down to a starchy lunch 2.5 hours beforehand... Not thrilled at the idea of necking a bottle Lucozade but hopeful it'll be fine. Glad yours went ok!

hi there, i am due on the 10th of June (making me 31 weeks +) and I am recently so tired that am zombielike (almost ill tired / v pale, am taking iron) - i had been exercising regularly and running around constantly after my 19 month old daughter till the last few days and not really offered this pregnancy too much thought to be honest (due to house moves, job changes etc) i feel like i have been rapidly stopped in my tracks. has anyone else hit this wall suddenly? i need to go on a retreat!(confused)

Sophie78 · 12/04/2010 13:54

Hello! Count me in too, I'm due 17th June! Am not feeling too bad at all, just getting bit more tired than normal especially when on my feet all day. Getting excited!

MillyMollyMoo · 12/04/2010 15:06

Lots of newbies to join in the June club then.
Definitely hit a wall at 30 weeks and still there's so much to do.
Anyone else not sleeping ? I woke up this morning at 3am for a whizzle and then couldn't get back off again, am very lucky I've started ML already so am off for a nap.

dolphina78 · 13/04/2010 12:38

Hello all,
I too am not sleeping very well, as soon as I wake up to go to the loo, I can't get off again. And it's not as if there's a lot going on in my head (ahem) to keep me awake!

Is anyone else getting swollen feet and ankles by now? I stupidly googled it and am now worried it's going to lead to pre-eclampsia as getting headaches lately too !

But am seeing midwife this afternoon so she can (hopefully) put my mind at rest.

Hiya, I'm due on June 25th. so 29 +4. I am sleeping great!! ( except when my 17 month old decides to start waking at 2am) Ggrrrrrr!!
I feel full of energy, which is totaly different from number 1.
I have started with leg cramps this week. Also, has any one else had a sudden hunger at this stage? I have not craved anything, or eaten any extra up until now. The past week, all I have done is eat all day, and my bump has grown huge over night!?

RubyReins · 16/04/2010 20:15

Well that didn't go well. Midwife called me this morning to say my bloods were fine and I shouldn't worry, then she rang back two minutes later to say that she'd read the results wrong and I am testing positive for GD Off to the diabetic clinic on Monday where they will start me on insulin. Bit surprised that's the starting point, I'd have thought that they'd look to diet first. My midwife is very nice but she's so unbelievably scatty - I am not filled with much confidence. That and I'm worried that my waterbirth plans are firmly out the window Still, need to keep positive.
