I had bad SPD during my first pregnanacy and really hoping I do not get it this time.

Yesterday I started getting pains in my coccynx when I sit down, I am only 10 weeks pregnant and I am worried this is a sign I will get SPD again inmy later pregnancy.

Does anyone know what this pain is?

Hi Jogging Jemma,
I too have had coccyx pain, but not til i was a lot later than you so I thought it was the weight of the bump. I now have 2 coccyx cushions that i think help but am still getting a lot of discomfort.
The best thing I have found is that I have to get up and move about every hour or so (i sit down all day in my job)

Whether it related to SPD I don't know, so far I haven't been diagnosed with it.
