22 weeks thinking of calling hospital any experiences?

I am 22 weeks, I woke up this morning with mild cramps but they are now worse and i am gettign pressure (not severe) and stabbing pains down below and in lower tummy. It COULD be wind and we did have sex last night, I have tried to ignore it up uintil now but its getting hard to ignore. I was thinking of calling up the hospital but dont know if I should leave it a bit longer?

What are the advantages of leaving it longer? The hospital would rather have you come in unnecessairly with wind than come in too late with a real problem.
