Weird heaviness in arms / 32 weeks pregnant

Hello everyone
I wonder if anyone can shed light on this. I am 32 weeks, and at night especially have weird heavy / tingly arms! Not really painful, just a bit weird.
Am gestational diabetic, not sure if that is relevant.

i had a bit of carpal tunnel syndrome when pregnant, it's pretty much like you describe. not sore, but uncomfortable, and heavy in the hands.

Probably worth giving your GP/midwife a call and asking them? Hopefully not anything to worry about.

I have had this on and off throughout the pregnancy. I don't have gestational diabetes.
