am currently quite stressed due to lots of little things (unplanned pg, minor money worries, stressy job, Manchester City's prospects of getting into Europe). I'm waking a fair bit at night and ruminating on everything under the sun, so would quite like some sort of guided relaxation thing to help break the cycle. Thanks in advance.

I used Natal Hypnotherapy last time (got them on ebay) and will definitely be digging out the CDs this time too.

Found them really relaxing and believe it contributed greatly to a very straightforward birth with DS.

Much preferred the hypnotherapist Maggie Howell's english sounding accent (although she is Dutch apparently) to the american Hypnobirthing version.

Don't know if you are in Manchester or just a Blue-from-afar but I highly recommend Dot Parry one of the Natal Hypnotherapy practioners based in NW, she's fabulous.

Good luck

ooh, thanks montifer.
not sure if I'll be able to stretch to paying for classes, but will look out for Dot Parry.
