I know its not wind, water infection, constipation, indigestion. help, i had this pain before, in a previous pregnancy, and i gave birth to the sack, with only bleeding afterwards.

It sounds like round ligament pain. In second pregnancies you will stretch much earlier and I can remember it really hurting with DS. If you are not bleeding it's probably fine. The burning may well be a pulled muscle, have you been exerting yourself or holding yourself funny because you are in pain? Take a paracetamol (it's fine).

If you are still sore tomorrow, give your GP out of hours service a call.

Understandably so, in that case. I had two and was constantly worried too throughout pregnancy. But it sounds like you are doing okay.

You know from your experience there is nothing you can do to prevent a miscarriage, nor treat it once it's underway, and you have got to 14 weeks so your chances of miscarrying have already plummeted. Each day you get closer and closer to that 4th child.

Hang in there.
