NCT sales any good for maternity clothes?

Or will it be a waste of time? I'm only 13 weeks so not ready to buy any baby kit yet, but cheap second hand maternity clothes would be worth the trouble...

There have always been some maternity clothes at the sales I've been to but usually there's much more baby stuff. If you don't mind not seeing it in advance there are loads on eBay and some fantastic bargains to be had.

Don't suppose you're size 8 are you? I have a lovely collection I am just about to sell...

Thanks HouseofMirth, I'm a size 10 - think the 8's would be a bit of a squeeze! Will give ebay a try before I brave the NCT sale on Sat...

It's always worth going to the nct sales. They are marvellous. There must be other things you would like for baby, even at this early stage, and even if not, it'll give you an idea of what there is there so you can plan for the autumn sale. P.s. Not in Colchester are you by any chance? Ours is on sat.
P.p.s. I have found that unless you are a nct member, it is best to arrive around two hours before the sale and be prepared to queue. Helpers get first dibs, nct members get in next and everyone else goes last. Even if you are a non member, is still worth going though. Great sales. X
