sorry to sound stupid... are you allowed to eat roule cheese while pregnant??

yes, it's pasteurised.
Afaik you're not supposed to eat unpasteurised soft cheeses.
The French don't let it bother them and I tend to agree.

In most of europe they have no restrictions on food in pregnancy.

My Danish friend couldn't believe that we are not supposed to eat pate, soft cheese or rare steak. My argument is if I always eat my steak rare surely I dont have a problem with it so why can't I eat, my midwife sigh and say WHO says it is not advisable to eat it. When I was pregnant with DD peanuts were a 'banned food' and yey now that say that you can eat peanuts.
