MS - gagging and retching but not feeling sick

I am 11 + 5 days. From 4 weeks to 9 weeks I had terrible nausea. Now that has gone away, and I don't feel sick, but have this constant feeling that I am about to gag at the back of my throat. About once a day it actually makes me retch and throw up, and I can't stop retching till I have emptied my stomach, but I don't actually feel sick! It is SO weird. Has anyone else had this symptom? did it go away?

Thanks Butterscotch. did you have the gagging and choking feeling without feeling sick? When did it kick in?

I have the choking sensation too. I have not been feeling sick, but sometimes I retch and gag and start to cough.

I wasn't sure if it was pregnancy or my ashtma as sometimes my airways get blocked and I get the urge to retch and cough.

Whatever it is, it is very unpleasant and I worry about doing it in public. What on earth would people think??!

Yeap gagging and choking air nothing coming up constantly especially if there was a strong smell or I moved to quickly...

I'm off so many things since being pregnant as they are instantly back up tea, coffee, yougart for example...

The chocking/dry gagging was more in the afternoons and evenings but sometimes woudl result in sick! Very frustrating! Good luck I hope it passes quickly for you!

yes I am finding that it is mainly in the evenings that this is happening. I am generally fine up to lunch and then it is downhill from there.
