Hi, I am 27 weeks, and usually work out at client sites, but am working in the office for next few weeks, chairs are fine but towards afternoon my back really starts to hurt....any idea what sort of back support i can get to help? i was looking at the wedge pillows (i use one to sleep and they are awesome) but wondered if anyone had any recommendations as to what type of pillow and where to get one from, the current 60 mile drive to work and back home again doesnt help....

Sorry to hear that you're having back problems - it's horrible isn't it! I found my wedge cushion a Godsend in my last pregnancy and have just started using it again (I'm 18 weeks pregnant with DC2).

I used to just tote my wedge with me from bed to the car to work which I found really helpful. I've also bought a more rounded feeding cushion for breastfeeding that you can also use as a back support - looks a little bit silly in the office though, the wedge is defintely more discreet.

Hope you're more comfortable soon
