has any one else had to have a operation while pregnant ? an was the out come a natural or a c- section delivery?

hi, im 23 weeks pregnant an had my appendicts out at 19 weeks, im now been told due to my scar i will probaly have to have a c- section but as this is my 6 th baby an all the others where natural, im really worried. do i have a choice ??
