I've sporadically been doing the 10 Minute Solutions Prenatal Pilates dvd at home and I think it's fab, really good for pelvic floor and flexibility. Managed 3 of the workouts in a row this morning which really helped tone my "core"...although, not nearly as much as lmao at the end when the instrutor reveal's her baby is to be called Sienna Chili!!!! I ache just from laughing!
