Hi just wondering if anyone has any helpful sugestions?

2nd baby due in 3 weeks its Friday afternoon and I am shattered been having contractions since 7am Wed morning not sure if its start of slow labour or just braxton hicks, they are not particularly painful just uncomfortable and I'm starting to get a bit tired as they keep me awake at least a few hors a night.

Anyone know how to either stop them or make them turn into labour???

wish i could help - same thing happened to me with DS (DC2) - after about 3 days of BH it turned into labour (and a quick and easy one at that) - did lots of walking - labour started whilst i was perhaps over-exerting muyself walking on hampstead heath - also swam 40 lengths that day too, and rested as much as possible when i wasn't being active.

Thanks its really good to see it happens to others to because when you're knackered you think you're the only one just wish my little boy would sit still sometimes haha but i'd moan i was bored then!

nearly called hosp last night but they wear off after a couple of hours of getting stronger and getting my hopes up!
