I'm not (!) but just seen a thread fo November in antenatal groups. HTH. And congrats!

harmonyb23 · 12/03/2010 07:56

Hey bgt

My name is Becky and I have also just found out I am pregnant. I am 4 weeks and 3 days due the 17th November 2010. How are things with you? How long had you been trying before you conceived?

I was pregnant last year [back in November 2009] but it turned out to be ectopic so I am really paranoid this time round that things might go wrong again!!! I felt implantation cramps this time and have been feeling very different to the last pregnancy so I am hoping that it will be a normal one this time.

Is this your first pregnancy? Hope you are well...

Becky

Me too. I'm supposedly 5weeks and 6 days and I'm quite freaked out by all of it.

I'm new on this forum, so I suppose this is the right place to be posting? So far I've found a lot of useful information, so that is good.

Hi me too I am due nov 12 with second baby .. sooo excited how is everyone feeling ?

twopointzero · 13/03/2010 00:11

I'm due in November with dc2, it doesn't seem real yet. Can't work out if I'm genuinely tired/sick/hungry or just wanting to feel more pregnant. Am eating extra toast anyway.

When are you all planning to register pregnancy with dr?

I'm trying to work out how to fiddle my dates so I dont get hassled for induction if they think I'm overdue.

Looking forward to sharing all your news over next 9 months

x

Librashavinganotherbiscuit · 13/03/2010 08:10

No point fiddling dates, the scan will give you away.

PrivetDancer · 13/03/2010 09:11

I've just found out this morning
due date seems to be nov 12.
This is my second, how exciting

Threelittleducks · 13/03/2010 10:08

Number 2 for me too - known for a few days now and into week 5 today. Finding it hard keeping it from everyone at the moment as it is early days. Feeling fine, just tired and a little queasy at times.
Congrats ladies - hope it all goes well for everyone.

Anyone told anyone else yet?

lizardqueenie · 13/03/2010 10:45

Hello & Congratulations all

I've just added myself on on to the Nov ante natal thread but its massive! Could get quite confusing.

This is my 1st (eeek!) and I found out last Friday.

Lucylev v jealous of you having had your scan already nice to have a pic of your blob!

privet & 3ducks ah no. 2 for you both - am bound to be bugging you for info!

I'm on week 6, v excited but also v. cold, tired and yes a little nauseas but luckily not that often. Waiting for my booking appointment to come through..how long does it usually take? I saw my GP last Monday.

lucylev · 13/03/2010 11:06

Lizardqueenie- You should hear back this week, My doc's was quite good and My hosp app was pretty quick although was in and out in half hour prob due to them nt really being able to do much so early, I've told parents and close family and our best friends

RedCardinal · 13/03/2010 15:25

Hello I'm new to mumsnet and pregnancy,

I've visited my doctor once so far I believe I'm just into my 7th week and due 31st October. I feel sick all the time and I still have a metallic taste in my mouth and when I'm not at work all I want to do is sleep; I really hope this doesn't carry on too long as I'm off to the states in April to get married and I want to be awake to enjoy it .

I'm really finding this sight a great help already, its good to here what everyone elese is experiencing.

littleboo21 · 13/03/2010 18:20

No. 2 for me... think there must be a theme running as my first was due in November and now my second. All my siblings and mum are born in December so must be a family trait.

I am soooo tired its unbelievable, I can't remember being this tired the first time round.

Can't wait for my bump tho... so excited

ilovepeas · 14/03/2010 09:28

I have just found out I am pregnant for the 1st time (having not thought we would get pregnant so quickly) and due I think on 17 November. Very excited and loving have found Mumsnet as obviously not allowed to tell any family or friends our news. Just spoke to my best friend in Australia and was desperate to tell her especially as she's due in a month so could have answered lots of pregnancy questions I have! So far not too tired and no sickness but have had to buy a bra 3 sizes bigger...

MS74 · 14/03/2010 18:59

Hi all - I think I'm due around 3 November but need to have a scan to confirm as I can't quite remember the date of my last period...

This is my first pregnancy so it's very exciting/scary etc. I've also had to give up smoking which I'm pleased to say was much easier than I thought it would be!

I actually haven't been feeling too bad at all - boobs are sore and bigger and I seem to be going to bed earlier. Tiny bit of nausea in the morning but nothing to complain about!

Hope everyone is doing OK! Anyone booked in at St Georges??

nona2706 · 15/03/2010 01:23

hey all im due around end oct start nov.had really bad pains n slight bleeding erarlier on so got a scan and saw a heartbeat .sine then have had ms n really sore boobs. bt hope all is well with u's and babies.xx

queenofthehouse · 15/03/2010 08:02

Hi everyone, Not been to docs yet but I've worked out around the 21st Nov. 2nd baby. Not looking forward to the sickness, anybody know if you usually get the same for each pregnancy? I'm looking at four months of starvation and projectile puke otherwise (sorry if you've just had your breakfast.) Congrats to all anyway xxx

queenofthehouse · 15/03/2010 08:11

Nona I just read your post-glad all is good for you I know how worrying that is I had similar with my first and that turned out fine too.xxx

harmonyb23 · 15/03/2010 14:41

AAAAAHHHH!! Just been to the Doctors to send my details off to the midwife and stuff and have been told that due to having an ectopic back in November 2009 I will have to have a scan tomorrow to determine whether this pregnancy is ectopic or not. I am soooo nervous and worried that this pregnancy will be ectopic too... Will the embryo even show up on a scan at just 5 weeks?

I suppose it is good in a way as it will mean if it is ectopic it has been caught early, and if it isn't I can actually stop worrying and enjoy this pregnancy... Wish me luck ladies!!!

Katy86 · 15/03/2010 14:50

Good luck Harmony will be thinking of u!xx

Hi all,
Found out on Friday (12th March) that I am pregnant with my 2nd. I'm a little worried though as I had a c-section with my first in June 2009 so think it may be a little too soon to be preggers again. Me and my hubby only just started trying last month expecting it to take at least 3-4 mths but I seem to have caught on straight away.
Does anyone know if I'm at higher risk of miscarrying?
Also, queenofthehouse, I hope to God not all pregnancies are the same as much like you my first was an absolute nightmare.

Huge congratulations to everyone by the way!!

daisystone · 16/03/2010 16:54

If the pregnancy test that I just did ten mins ago is correct then I am due Nov 18th!
We have been actively trying for 4 months (doing it when I have been ovulating religiously) but I have been off the pill since December 2008, but my cycle was crazy for a while. It is a surreal feeling isn't it? This will be my first if the test is correct (see I can hardly believe I am pregnant!!),

Good luck to everyone - I hope we can give each other loads of support and help.
xx
