How do I get an Emergency IUD fitted?

For the first time in my life contraception has failed at the worst possible time.

Condom came off inside me on Saturday night. When I removed it, semen definitely spilled out - wet patch appeared under me and there were signs of semen on/in me.

Quick calculations in my head convinced myself I'm probably OK. Thought I was on day 8 of my cycle. But yesterday I figured out it was actually day 9 and further to that, I had terrible ovulation pains yesterday and fertile type mucous, which has now stopped. I get ovulation pains every month but usually more around day 13/14 of my cycle, not day 11.

So, I'm worried. I had two older children.
I think my only option is an emergency IUD, would like an IUD anyway. How and where do I get one fitted so it is fitted by someone who knows what they are doing? I rang the FPC and they mentioned going for swabs first and then an IUD fitting in a fortnight. I admittedly did not tell them it was for an emergency.

Thanks in advance.
