Hypnosis during labour

Hi,

Does anyone know of a good website where I can download an effective hypnosis talkthrough for my MP3 player for when I'm in labour?

Not a download as such, but I bought the 'Natal Hypnotherapy' CDs on ebay, less than 20 quid - has pregnancy relaxation, birth preparation and other tracks for after - just uploaded to my Ipod and use the birth prep one at least once a week from 32 weeks, and listened to the pregnancy relaxation one before that - only 34 weeks so cant tell you if it works, but its nice t take time out and relax, and I have been very calm throughout the pregnancy - not sure if its down to the CDs or not!

I wasn't up for all the partner involvement the Hypnobirthing course seems to need, and with this you just have to listen to it a lot, and then presumabally it puts the trigger words there to help you relax.
