Are you ever concerned it could be the latter? How would you know?
My waters have never broken naturally

I thought I had the former, but it turned out to be the latter.
Urine is yellow and smells. Waters are colourless and odourless. It's not hard to tell which is which.
If you think your waters have broken (even just a dribble) you need to call your doctor due to the risk of infection. There is a simple test they can do to check which liquid it is so take a 'wet' sanitary towel with you.

Thanks.
Maybe I need to stop drinking so much fluids, because my wee is very diluted so it's hard to tell.
It's obvious when I haven't had a drink for a while and the wee is then yellow

I think it would be a good idea if I could have some dye in my system so it was obious which was which, even when I've been sipping water!
