I thought it was around 8 wks but I've phoned my GP to arrange my booking in appointment as I've just found out I'm 7 weeks pregnant and the receptionist said I would have to wait for the midwife to phone me back. Then she said the midwife would either arrange a home visit if necessary or would ask me to come into surgery in a couple of weeks.
Does this sound right?
