Sever head cold and sinus pain 7 weeks pg

Just wondered if anyone had any advice for me. Only 7 weeks at moment but been hit by really bad head cold. Aches, pains, really bads sinus pain generally feeling terrible. Only been taking paracetamol,gp prescribed beclometasone nasal spray for sinuses but bit reticent to start that so early in preg? Any advice for getting rid of the sinus pain would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Got this through out both my pregnancies...poor you!

I found drinking lots of honey and lemon drinks helped a little, steaming up with menthol crystals a couple of times a day and steamy baths/showers. Towards the end it was awful and I left it quite late to take the nasal spray and had to take antibiotics to clear the infection that had started...was 33 weeks preg then so I guess past that more risky stage.

Like suestar said, paracetamol, steam, olbas oil or similar.
