Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Ditto, add milk to that (along with liquorice etc) I think it's partly from fear after hearing that old wife's tale 'you lose a tooth with every pregnancy' which might have made sense in Victorian times but less so in 2010.

My mum lost a tooth for every pregnancy and I wsn't born in victorian times! But I get your point.

I was eating loads of cheese too initially but calmed down now (26 wks). Try natural yogurt for calcium. Apparently cheese contains a lot of salt!
